COMPLIMENTARY ACCESS TO EXCLUSIVE AREAS OF THE SPA As a part of your Elite membership, enjoy complimentary access to the Spa’s wet areas (whirlpools, steam rooms and saunas ) at the resorts which provide this amenity. Some restrictions apply and discounted access for non-members in your party is available. Applicable only to resort at which you are staying. PRIORITY RESERVATIONS AND SEATING IN THE RESTAURANTS When it is time to dine, let us assist you in making the night a memorable one. Just contact your Elite Concierge and let them make your dining reservations and the restaurant will have your table ready. SPECIAL POOL TOWELS Only our Elite members receive a unique pool towel to use around the pool or at the beach.

150% REFERRAL FEE Higher referral fees. You are accustomed to being rewarded, and now when you refer friends and family you get an additional 50% referral fee for those who tour and/or purchase. We are prepared to handle anything you need on site and prior to arrival. REFRESHING COLD TOWEL GREETING As you enter the resort you will be greeted with a refreshing towel provided by our staff. LUXURY ELITE SUITES Our resorts have created a suite category specifically for our valued Elite members. The Elite Suites feature a variety of upgraded features and amenities designed just for you. Speak with your Elite Member Service Call Center agent for more details on how to reserve your suite today. Please note that Villa del Palmar Cancun does not have Elite Suites, however, all rooms here are 4 Diamond level.
