What is the UVC Loyalty Conversion Program? An exclusive program that allows long-term Gold members to convert your existing membership to a Villa Preferred Access Club membership at no cost to you.

Summer memberships gain additional time. • MORE FLEXIBLE NON-CONTRACT BENEFIT Gold time (extra non contracted intervals of one week) – now converted to Preferred Points which can be split into smaller increments allowing additional flexibility. FLEXIBLE BOOKING - All Villa Preferred Access Club memberships are optimal use. Do not have to own holiday time to request it. No longer subject to $400 season upgrades fee.

• Split Week benefit of 3 nights/4 nights –now converts to flexible points usage; only requirement is 2 nights minimum. • Split Unit benefit (converting units into smaller units for longer stays or multiple trips) – now converts to total flexibility with no restrictions on unit type. No longer subject to a $500 unit upgrade fee. • Can book any type of unit in Club inventory allotment, including penthouses, with sufficient points. • POINTS REDEMPTION PROGRAM – available for all Villa Preferred Access memberships. Up to 100% Points can • LIMITLESS ACCESS - Access to all Villa Preferred Access Resorts including Villa La Valencia and planned projects with no restrictions. • NO NEW CONTRACT – Remaining years on existing membership transfer directly with no extension of original contract. Termination date remains the same. • NO PRESENTATION - No upgrade presentation or tour needed. All paperwork is handled digitally within 48 hours. • FAMILIAR FACES - Same Development, Management and Servicing teams will ensure seamless transition.
