Modifying/Cancelling Your Reservation

To modify/cancel your reservation 0-7 days from booking date there is no penalty to cancel or modify.

One (1) modification/cancellation per year with no fee if more than 30 days in advance, once you use the benefit of the one free, the following rules apply.

To modify/cancel your reservation 8-60 days from booking date there is a fee of $50 for Summer/Winter arrivals, Holiday arrivals fee of $100 .

To modify/cancel your reservation 61 days from booking date there is a fee of $100 for Summer/Winter arrivals, Holiday arrivals fee of $200 . Fixed weeks apply.

To modify/cancel your reservation WITHIN 30 DAYS OF ARRIVAL , there is a fee of $200 for Summer/Winter arrivals, Holiday arrivals fee of $300.

If you do not show up for your confirmed reservation, there is a No-Show fee of $250 + $130 Reinstatement Fee for Summer/Winter arrivals. Holiday arrivals No-Show fee of $500 + $130 Reinstatement fee .

If any last-minute trip changes occur, please contact the Club to advise at the earliest possible to avoid any no-show fees.
