TAFER Residence Club Members Can be made at any TAFER resort 24 months in advance

Guest Reservations

Elite Members only: • 0-60 days from booking date, no fee for guest certificate. • 61+ days from booking date fee of $80. • WITHIN 30 days of arrival fee of $100, Holiday arrivals fee of $150. Elite members receive one (1) courtesy guest name change per year. Once benefit is used, listed fees above may apply. • When modifying a guest name, a fee or difference of fees may apply. • For guests under the age of 25 a deposit of $500 must be provided upon arrival. • Member benefits only apply to those on the contract and are non-transferable. •

You may send a guest to the resort to use your week for a Guest Certificate under the following: • 0-7 day from booking date guest certificate fee of $40. • 8-60 days from booking date fee of $60. • 61+ days from booking date fee of $80. • WITHIN 30 days of arrival fee of $100, Holiday arrivals fee of $150. • When modifying a guest name, a fee or difference of fees may apply. • For guests under the age of 25 a deposit of $500 must be provided upon arrival. • Member benefits only apply to those on the contract and are non transferable.

*Bank/Banking - The act of saving an unused Use Period in the Vacation Bank for use in later years up to the number of years allowed in the Rules and Regulations. Borrow/Borrowing - The act of borrowing time from years in the future to be used in the current Calendar Year. Accelerated Points - Accelerate the use of Use Periods or Club Points from the end of the contracted Use Period. The total amount of existing points and accelerated points during any calendar year may not exceed a total of two years. The benefit of the accelerated points is separate and independent of the rent or lease of club points mentioned in the regulation.
